THE MOST IMPORTANT CONVERSATION YOU'LL EVER HAVE

IS THE ONE YOU HAVE WITH YOURSELF

LET'S TALK

THE MOST IMPORTANT CONVERSATION

YOU'LL EVER HAVE

IS THE ONE YOU HAVE WITH YOURSELF

When you picture the most confident woman you know ...

What's she like?

Self-assured?

Approachable and kind?

Balancing her ambition with effortless ease?

Unfazed by challenging circumstances or strong opinions from others?

Able to find the right words at just the right time in a fully self-expressed way?

_______________________________________________________

That's how I pictured her years ago.

And she felt a million miles away from the person I was when I timidly showed up in rooms, nervously spoke up in meetings, and anxiously lived the majority of my day-to-day life including relationships with colleagues, friends, and family.

It wasn't until I asked myself, "What's really standing in my way?" that I started to close that overwhelming gap between confidence and insecurity.

For me, it started with admitting my misunderstanding that confidence would come from more effort, additional resources, and the next best training + certification all of which just fed my low-key perfectionist tendencies.

{PS. To be clear, they weren't low-key. They were very pronounced...}

That approach produced an excess of overconfidence and a continual feeling of exhaustion. It felt like I was competing with myself but no one was winning.

Success would trickle in slowly and inconsistently until finally, it seemed like I had maxed out the energy I could put towards going any higher ... I had no resilience left.

MY METHOD

THE ELEVATE WAY CONFIDENCE+CLARITY+COMMITMENT

MY METHOD

THE ELEVATE WAY

+CONFIDENCE

+CLARITY

+COMMITMENT

Here's what I want for you:

To feel valued.

To be fully self-expressed.

To know that you belong in every room you want to be in.

To navigate conversations, obstacles, + decisions with ease.

To confidently choose yourself and feel f*ing amazing doing it.

And to finally have the exact steps you should take to get there.

How do we achieve that?

In a deeply personalized and wholly unique coaching experience.

But there are a few universals to the way I work 1:1 with my clients.

Can I tell you more?

Watch, and I'll explain!

"Micky accesses her wealth of communication, performance & leadership skills to give you actionable, quick wins that relieve the pressure of your day-to-day. She supports you through the mind games & muck that inevitably kick up when you go to apply those strategies, eliminating anything that prevents you from using them in the long run. In the past, my ego or inner child always had something to say about the shift I was trying to make, so I'd abandon it & retreat to safety instead of pushing through to become the next version of myself. But not with Micky by my side."

FAQs

Do you use a framework?

Yes, a few actually.

I'm not deliberately being vague. I want you to know you're not a template. You're going to have to trust any coach you work with to know what tools to try and trust them to pivot when it isn't moving the needle. Side note - a Coach who only uses one framework is at risk of applying the same treatment to women who have unique diagnoses. I see you in your uniqueness and consider myself an expert at working in a way (and at a pace) that produces change for you.

What's with all the airplane metaphors?

I'm so glad you asked! Beyond the fact that I love metaphors and use them a lot in coaching, there are two reasons I tend to use planes. First, travel + flying brings up A LOT of shit for people. It tends to mirror and amplify the very strife happening in other areas of their life. So I like to subtly (and not so subtly) reframe the power that exists when you sit on a plane, relinquishing control, tune out as much as you can, and enjoy the view from the window. Second, I had a debilitating fear of flying (I'll share with you in coaching if we get the privilege of working together) and it is a big reason why my Coaching work shifted the way that it did - and the reason it continues to have the impact that it has.

How much clarity do I need to have?

Frankly, none at all. In fact, the more "clarity" clients come in with the more I tend to get side-eye. Saying "I don't know" is an incredibly empowering place to be if you allow it to serve you. So bring me whatcha got and if you don't got a lot, we'll be just fine!

What is it like working with you?

I respect the importance of this question or other versions of it and admittedly find it so difficult to answer. Can I let previous clients' reviews answer it for you?!
