THE Most Important CONVERSATION

YOU'LL EVER HAVE

IS THE ONE YOU HAVE WITH Yourself.

When you picture the most confident woman you know ...

What's she like?

Kind?

Self-assured?

Approachable?

Balancing ambition with effortless ease?

Unfazed by the strong opinions of others?

Able to find the right words at just the right time in a deeply authentic way?

That's how I pictured her years ago.

And she felt a million miles away from the person I was... timidly showing up in rooms, nervously speaking up in a meeting, and anxiously living the majority of my day-to-day life caught up in my own thoughts, frustrated by my inability to bring my desires to fruition.

It wasn't until I asked myself, "What's really standing in my way?" that I started to close the overwhelming gap between my insecurities and the genuine confidence I knew I could cultivate.

For me, it started with admitting my misunderstanding that confidence would come from more effort, additional resources, and the next best training + certification - all of which just fed my low-key perfectionist tendencies.

{To be clear, they weren't low-key. They were very pronounced.}

From the outside, things looked great and friends, family, and colleagues assumed I must be so happy with my progress. But my approach had only produced an excess of overconfidence and a continual feeling of exhaustion. It felt like I was competing with myself ... and no one was winning.

Success would trickle in slowly and inconsistently until finally, it seemed like I had maxed out the energy I could put towards going any higher ... I had nothing left but the bare minimum effort required to keep things from falling apart.

Can I tell you more?

MY METHOD

THE ELEVATE WAY

CLARITY+CONFIDENCE+COMMITMENT

MY METHOD

THE ELEVATE WAY

+CLARITY

+CONFIDENCE

+COMMITMENT

Here's what I want for you:

To feel valued.

To be fully self-expressed.

To know that you belong in every room you want to be in.

To navigate conversations, obstacles, + decisions with ease.

To confidently choose yourself and feel f*ing amazing doing it.

And to finally have the exact steps you should take to get there.

How do we achieve that?

In a deeply personalized and wholly unique coaching experience.

But there are a few universals to the way I work 1:1 with my clients.

"Micky accesses her wealth of communication, performance & leadership skills to give you actionable, quick wins that relieve the pressure of your day-to-day. She supports you through the mind games & muck that inevitably kick up when you go to apply those strategies, eliminating anything that prevents you from using them in the long run. In the past, my ego or inner child always had something to say about the shift I was trying to make, so I'd abandon it & retreat to safety instead of pushing through to become the next version of myself. But not with Micky by my side."

FAQs

What is "The Elevate Way?"

The Elevate Way is an approach to leadership and performance coaching built on a foundation of three core principles. Let's start with the approach - leadership of self, before leadership of others and certainly ahead of leading an organization. Now, the core principles - radical self-trust, radical compassion, and radical responsibility. To put it bluntly, The Elevate Way is the lifelong pursuit to build skills in women that take them from silenced to self-expressed, overwhelmed to intentionally motivated, and nearly dangerous in their levels of self-trust.

Do you use a framework?

Yes, a few!

I'm not deliberately being vague. I want you to know that you're not a template. You'll want to trust any coach you work with to know what tools to try and trust them to pivot when it isn't moving the needle. Side note - a Coach who only uses one framework is at risk of applying the same treatment to women who each have a unique diagnosis. I see you in your uniqueness and consider myself an expert at working in a way (and at a pace) that produces change for you.

That said, I'll be leveraging over a decade's worth of experience as a communication, sales, and leadership trainer for large teams and corporations as well as my skills in building behavior-changing programs for individuals. These provide much of the strategy behind our work together but note this is balanced by the deeper inner work of true transformation. For this, we'll lean into concepts from shadow work and somatic practices (yup, I'm a trained yoga teacher and Lagree instructor) to ensure lasting change not just short-term fixes.

How much clarity do I need to have going into this?

Frankly, none at all. In fact, the more "clarity" clients come in with the more I tend to get side-eye. Saying "I don't know" is an incredibly empowering place to be if you allow it to serve you. So bring me whatcha got and if you don't got a lot, we'll be just fine!

What is it like working with you?

Well, I ask a lot of questions! Like, loads of questions. I'm very skilled at seeing the best version of you and coaching to that part while meeting you where you are today. I can *occasionally* be funny. Mostly Vince Vaughn style sarcasm. And there's truly nothing you could say that would shock or disturb me (1) because I've seen or been through nearly all of it and (2) because I have a huge capacity for the hard stuff.

I push. Gently, but I push. I'll help you find a growth edge and hang out there as long as you're up for it.

Oh, and there's a good chance we'll get derailed a handful of times talking about dogs or skincare if you're into either of those things.

I do respect the importance of this question and would love previous clients' reviews to shed more light for you as well.
